Course Troubleshooting
Yes! Prime Choices automatically saves your course position and answers to questions you fully complete.
If you need to take a break while writing a long-form answer, please be sure to click the “Save” button before logging out, or you might need to enter your response again.
Have you tried turning it off, and then turning it back on again? Kidding, but not really... Your progress is likely saved. So it is safe to exit the course and then log back in. If any progress was lost, or if the course is still frozen, email support@primeforlife.org.
Any activities with answers that have been saved are marked in the Course Contents with a 🗣️ icon.
Open up the Course menu, select the lesson with the activity, and you will be able to see which activities have saved answers.
The bookmark icon shows where you left off in Prime Choices. This is the activity that will launch when you click the "Continue Course" button on the dashboard, or what activity to select if you choose your start point manually.

Whether you’re actively thinking about making different alcohol or drug choices, curious about what low-risk choices look like for yourself or others, or wondering how to talk about substance use with friends, family, or your kids – this is the course for you!
You can access the program on any modern device with an internet connection, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
No! The creators of Prime Choices have several courses, and it matters which one you take. Prime Choices is not approved by any court system. Please check with your mandating office/court for specifics on which course you need to take.
